SETING
This project focused on developing a social media strategy for Kebs Makes Ice Cream, a Taiwanese-style ice cream pop-up operating inside O5 Rare Tea Bar in Vancouver.
The brand offers experimental, culturally inspired flavours and relies heavily on word-of-mouth and visual appeal to attract customers.
As part of a simulated marketing agency project, our team acted as an external agency and developed a content-driven social media strategy to strengthen the brand’s online presence and storytelling on Instagram.

Strategic Focus
The strategy was informed by insights from a founder interview, which helped clarify the brand’s vision, tone, and desired customer experience.
Based on these insights, the focus was placed on translating the in-store experience into engaging Instagram content through storytelling, visual consistency, and community-driven engagement.
